1.1 Fees. You agree to pay Readitfor.me Texas LLC any fees for each Product you purchase or use in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. Fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or when required by law. All fees and charges are in U.S. dollars.
1.2 Payment Processing. Payments are processed through QuickBooks Online and PayPal. Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours. If you pay by credit card, you warrant that your payment details are accurate and you will promptly update us of any changes.
1.3 Recurring Subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (“billing cycle”), which may be monthly or annual depending on your selection. Monthly plans are billed on an annual term unless explicitly noted otherwise. Payment is charged at purchase and at the start of each renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least one business day before the end of the term.
1.4 Free Trials. If your plan includes a free or discounted trial, billing will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. If you cancel prior to the first payment processing, you will not be charged.
1.5 Lifetime Memberships. Lifetime subscriptions apply for the lifetime of the product. Refunds are available only within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. After that, they are non-refundable. Lifetime memberships purchased with a multi-payment plan must be cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours of the first payment to qualify for a refund; otherwise, all future payments remain due.
1.6 Taxes. Prices listed do not include taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax). You are responsible for all such taxes. If legally required, we will calculate and collect taxes based on your billing information unless valid exemption documentation is provided.
1.7 Price Changes. Subscription fees may change. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You accept the new price by continuing to use the service after the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before renewal.
1.8 Authorized Payment Method. You must keep a valid payment method on file. We may obtain updated card details from your provider to ensure uninterrupted service. Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in suspension or termination of access.
2.1 Cancellation. You may cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support@growitfor.me. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.
2.2 Refund Policy. Refunds are available within seventy-two (72) hours of your first subscription payment. After that, payments are non-refundable and no credits will be issued for unused time. Following cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle. Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of refunds.
2.3 Promotional Offers. Promotional periods continue for the stated time. Unless you cancel before the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate.
3.1 Course Materials. Materials provided are for personal educational use only. You may not copy, repurpose, or distribute without written consent.
3.2 Platform Content. If your subscription includes access to digital tools or resources, they may only be used as intended. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
3.3 AI Protocols. Our AI protocols (including Growitfor.me and Simple protocols) are for individual use only. Resale, redistribution, or repurposing is prohibited.
4.1 Obligation. You may gain access to confidential or proprietary information through our services. You agree not to disclose such information without our written consent.
4.2 Permitted Disclosure. Disclosure is allowed only to employees or contractors who require it and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4.3 Duration. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after termination of your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, USA.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified as necessary to remain enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
